Shipping charges:

We use Purolator to ship directly to your home. We are located in Montreal, Quebec so delivery time depends on how close you are. Across the country there is a maximum of 7-10 business days excluding holidays and weekends for delivery. For speedy shipments we offer express delivery and also offer local courier service to facilitate same day delivery when possible. Please contact info@peatoes.com or 1-877-PEATOES. For shipments to the North West Territories and to the U.S.A we use Canada Post. All duties and taxes are to be charged to recipient for countries outside of Canada.

International shipments:

Orders shipped outside of North America will be charged the actual cost of shipping.  When you place your order the delivery charge will show $0.  We will contact you with the shipping quote which can be paid via PayPal.  Once this is paid we will ship your order immediately.  If you prefer not to go ahead with your order we will cancel your order and refund your card.

Tracking your shipment:

We guarantee your order will be sent out 24-48 hours after receipt of payment. For larger items possibly shipped directly from our suppliers/designers other carriers will be used and you will be notified with tracking number.  You will be sent via email a tracking number in order to track your package.

We do not ship to P.O boxes.
